The data give the per capita beef consumption in the USA from 1922 to 1941.

There are 20 observations on four variables and the year.

Variables:
Year The year under consideration.
Beef.Consumption The beef consumption in pounds per capita
Price The retail price of beef in cents (cents per pound?), divided by the CPI (with 1935--1939=100).
Income The disposable income per capita in dollars, divided by the CPI (with 1935--1939=100).
Pork.CoOnsumption The beef consumption in pounds per capita
Data Quality:
There are no missing values.
